Everyone on our tour was dressed casually in jeans trainers etc. You don’t walk far as the building isn’t that big. I wouldn’t expect any problems with clothing unless you were wearing some political slogan t shirt, otherwise it’s quite relaxed. Not the most interesting of tours though I would add!

Yes, it is very similar for the U.K. parliament in London. You can still visit the parliament though during this time.
