Rahul Gandhi addressed Congress' defeat in Haryana and the victory of the NC-Congress coalition in Jammu and Kashmir. He stated that Congress is analyzing Haryana's results and plans to file complaints with the Election Commission.

Rahul Gandhi, in a tweet, posted a day after the declaration of results in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir, said the Congress would inform the Election Commission about complaints of alleged discrepancies in counting from some Assembly constituencies in Haryana.

"My heartfelt thanks to the people of Jammu and Kashmir - India's victory in the state is a victory of the Constitution, a victory of democratic self-respect. We are analysing the unexpected results of Haryana.
