Blue Ridge Parkway dispatchers received a report of a park visitor in cardiac arrest while hiking on the Humpback Rocks trail.

A 53-year-old man from India is dead after suffering from cardiac arrest while hiking off the Blue Ridge Parkway, according to officials.
