Vikash Yadav has been indicted by the US government for allegedly taking part in the alleged plot to kill Khalistani separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun.

RAW officer, Yadav was also arrested last year in December and granted bail in April this year. He is on FBI’s 'most wanted' list.

Vikash has been charged by the US Department of Justice with leading an unsuccessful attempt to kill Pannun last year.
