The House quad committee on Thursday cited dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo in contempt, triggering a possible tug-of-war over her custody with the Senate which had ordered her arrest in July after imposing the same penalty against her.

Dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo was cited in contempt by the House Quad Committee for her refusal to answer questions from legislators.

"Chinese ka, hindi ka kumakain ng hopia?" the congressman quipped. "Bakit ako Filipino, kumakain ako ng hopia?"
