Former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddique, who was killed in Mumbai last week, was not a good man and had connections with India's most-wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim, a shooter of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed after being arrested by the police in Uttar Pradesh.
