Ratan Tata, the former chairperson of Tata Group, on Monday allayed concerns about his health amid media reports that he was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. In a social media post, the 86-year-old Tata said that he is currently undergoing medical check-ups due to his age and related medical conditions.

Noted industrialist, well-known philanthropist, and former Chairman of Tata Sons, Ratan Naval Tata (86) is admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Breach Candy Hospital. He was rushed to the Emergency Room of the hospital in the wee hours of Monday.

Ratan Tata News: Ratan Tata on Monday afternoon broke down silence over his condition after he was admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital early this morning after a sharp drop in his blood pressure. “There is no cause of concern…” he said.

Tata Group's former chairman Ratan Tata has reportedly been rushed to the Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai. According to reports, the face of Tata's legacy for the past half a century was taken to the hospital in the early hours of Monday. Some reports claimed that Ratan Tata was rushed to the hospital at around 12.30–1:00 am.

His statement followed a media report claiming that Ratan Tata was admitted to Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital early Monday morning.

Ratan Tata, chairman emeritus of Indian conglomerate Tata Group, said on Monday that he was undergoing age-related medical investigations and that rumours circulating about his health were unfounded.

Ratan Tata, the former chairman of Tata Sons, reassured his followers on Instagram that he's fine after rumors of his hospitalization for low blood pressure spread. He clarified that he is undergoing routine medical check-ups.
