Vessel of Hatred — Diablo 4’s first expansion — goes live as early as 4pm PDT on October 7. Pre-download on Battle.net and console (Xbox and PlayStation) is already available. There is no pre-download for Diablo 4 on Steam (Steam users must wait to download the update when Vessel of Hatred goes live at 4pm PDT on October 7).

Start the Season 6 Season of Hatred quest FIRST. Season 6 quests are marked in BLUE. This kicks off in Zarbzinet and will direct you to fight a Realmwalker. More info later on this but the reward gives you a consumable 'Seething Opals' that have an XP buff and stack with Elixirs and Incense. You can then use these during the campaign.
