The compact SUV will offer a variety of powertrain options and, after Europe, will launch in North America and other markets in 2026

The new Jeep Compass is teased ahead of an expected November reveal and will come with ICE, Hybrid and Electric powertrain options.

Jeep is rolling out its next-generation Compass in 2025 in Europe but is scheduled to bring it to the United States in 2026. The upcoming Jeep Compass will ride on the STLA Medium platform and will be built in Melfi, Italy. The upcoming STLA Medium-based Compass will be the model’s third generation.

Jeep has released the first teaser photo of the next-generation Jeep Compass, which will be the first compact SUV based on the STLA medium platform.

The Jeep Compass, which has been on the market for eight years, continues to deliver solid performance, with an 18% increase in sales in the United States compared to the previous year, totaling 84,474 units delivered by September 2024.

With the next Compass, Jeep wants to give consumers the "freedom of choice" through three different modes of propulsion.

The next Jeep Compass is set to wear more aggressive styling and offer a range of powertrains, including an expected electric option.

Jeep says the new compact SUV will ride on the STLA Medium platform that offers gas, hybrid, and electric powertrains, with U.S. production slated for 2026.
